Ace up his sleeve
This is a GIF I made in Illustrator and animated in Photoshop. This was my final for my "Digital Illustration" class where we had to make a GIF from a synonym. I decided to do "Ace up his sleeve" in honor of my character Ace who is inspired to be a professional poker player and thought it would be fun if he wisps out an ace from list sleeve.

Trey's Breakdancing
I did a stop motion animatic of my character Trey break dancing and edited it in Stop Motion Studio. I broke down step by step of the "Windmill" dance move and translate that into my characters movement.

Skeleton Eating
This was an animation that I did in Toon Boom Harmony. It was Halloween at the time and I wanted to do something spooky but funny at the same time so I decided to do an skeleton eating a poison apple. Of course poison can sometime kills but in this case since it's a skeleton it ends up falling out of it and the apple didn't like that so it ends up crying while leaving the wondering what in the whole just happened.

Los Angeles Chargers "AC DC style" Posted Animatic
This was a stop motion animatic I did in Dragon Frame. Before transferring to art school I did a previous animatic of this piece in 2D but like many freshman mistakes I didn't saved that piece and lost it forever. But when I took my Experimental Animation course I figure why not recreate this in stop motion. So I took the Los Angeles Chargers logo coming out of no where, swooping by the AC DC inspired letters, landing into place and zoning out into it being electrocuted.

Happy Feet
This was a short animated experimental film that I did in Photoshop and edited in After Affects/ premiere pro. This was a last minute Ideal of my final for my Experimental Animation class. I had fun doing rotoscoping in a previous assignment and figure I can do that for my final and bring some of my dancing into it. So I recorded myself doing the "Heel Toe" dance move also know as "Happy Feet". and rotoscope the moves and afterwards I picked out the music and started playing around with it in after affects and then edited in Premier Pro and ended up with this. Even though this was a last minute stroke of luck ideal it worked out because in the end my teacher wanted to keep a copy of this as one of the top experimental animations of that semester and even ended up as best experimental animatic at my schools Chroma event that year and later that same year ended up on the big screen in "CAPA Summer Movie Series" in 2019.

London Parallax/ Firework Effect
This was an Parallax animation that I did. I first draw and painted in Photoshop then brought the animation to life in Toon Boom Harmony. This was an assignment I did in college where we had to do the parallax effect in an environment and add another affect on top of that. London has been one of my favorite places to visit one day and I decided to pick that as my place for that assignment. And for my effect I thought it would be fun to and an firework effect so I did a glow effect to the fire works and ended up with this.

How It Get Burn
This was a character dialog study I did in Toon Boom Harmony. I took a dialog from "The Wicker Man" and translate that into my 2 characters Trey and Danae having and argument with each other over burning microwave popcorn. I got the microwave popcorn ideal from having to deal with that too many times my first year at art school. When they said that popcorn button is not your friend they REALLY MEAN IT. If I had nickel for every time that fire alarm went of in the dorms.
